![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Call me crazy, but I don't think there's really a problem with the server.Īs a bit of background, I very recently reinstalled Windows via the "Reset this PC" recovery option after Windows became corrupted when I had to force-shutdown during an update because it froze. When I go to Settings > Accounts > Your info, there's an option reading "You need to verify your identity on this PC." But when I click it, I get a message saying there's a problem with the server ( ), and my account remains unverified. Although I can still access the Windows Store, and OneDrive still syncs. I can't use Cortana ("Me and the internet aren't talking right now"), I can't connect an email account, I can't use Skype, etc. I'm unable to verify my identity on my PC. I'm having a pretty annoying problem with Windows 10 Anniversary Edition 14393.187 on a Surface Pro 3. ![]()
